Who We Are

Mike Retterer founded this company more than 30 years ago, working in tool and die and specialty machine manufacturing. He had a reputation for problem solving and high quality workmanship, as well as kindness and generosity. We started making tools for the trades in 1986, moving full time into tool manufacturing in 1993 because of the increasing demand for our tools. We live in rural north central Ohio, about 50 miles north of Columbus and 5 miles east of Marion. Karen Retterer is the company president and comptroller; Todd Retterer is the company manager; Josh Retterer is the marketing manager; and Jill Retterer is in our shipping department. So if you call, you'll be talking to any one of these nice people. Our goals are quality, a fair price and timely delivery. We are interested in your success.
